JULY 29TH 2020
Rihanna has now added skincare to her repertoire on her quest for global domination, launching the rightfully titled, Fenty Skin. Rihanna has finally spilled the tea on what the starting line-up will be for the game-changing skincare brand, keeping things simple, with a 3-step skincare routine that will include the staples you need to get Rihanna's glow:
Total Cleans'r Remove-It-All Cleanser - $25 (approx £19.43)
Fat Water Pore-Refining Toner Serum - $28 (approx £21.76)
Hydra Vizor Invisible Moisturizer Broad Spectrum SPF 30 Sunscreen - $35 (approx £27.20)
Rihanna isn't messing around with the ingredients either. The cleanser, designed to breakdown make-up, oil and dirt all without drying the skin, is oil-free and noncomedogenic, formulated to avoid blocking pores for those fellow congested skin folks. The range is also packed with Niacinamide, Barbados Cherry and Green Tea, just to name a few.
Even better, Fenty Skin's eco credentials are as golden as Rihannas skin. The moisturiser-SPF-hybrid is not only coral reef friendly, it is also refillable to cut down on plastic wastage. It is also designed with darker skin tones in line to avoid a white cast and is designed to have zero flashback and avoid pilling under your foundation.
What we really want to talk about thought is, whilst Rihanna has been on her promotional digital tour, she has discussed the fan named 9th studio album, ‘R9’, and that it is coming sooner than we all think. The star said that she ‘will not be putting an album because people are waiting for it, I will put it out when I’m ready and trust me, it will be worth it, all I work on is music, it is still my first baby’
So 2020 may have thrown many curve balls at us, but Rihanna saves the day again with a fresh glow and new anthems on the horizon. I will now just be waiting patiently, very patiently, for the new album.
